The gym is our happy place, where we let go of life's worries and demands to take care of us. We love training safely and effectively and supporting other mamas to feel strong and fit while keeping it real through this crazy season of life. 

Elena is a midwife, specialised in coaching athletic mums in pregnancy and postpartum. Jen and Hannah are experienced PTs returning to exercise themselves after having their baby girls at the end of 2023.

Whether you’re running, smashing a WOD, or simply chasing that next career goal, you thrive on being active, challenging yourself and feeling prepared. Now that you’re pregnant, your focus has shifted—but your drive hasn’t. 

How do you make sense of all the conflicting information out there though?

You've heard the tough stories. You want better for yourself but it's so overwhelming to try to find the right things to do when everybody has an opinion. Learning how to prepare for birth feels like a full time job! 

You know stretching and mobility are important but between doing your own research and keeping up with your busy life, you're struggling to fit it all in and actually make it happen. We know it's hard.

That’s exactly why we created Pregnancy Stretch & Balance.

Your Weekly Reset to Stay Active, Balanced, and Ready​

Led by Jen, specialist Pregnancy Personal Trainer who trained through her own three pregnancies, and Elena, experienced midwife and athleticism coach, this class is designed for women just like you—goal-oriented, active, and committed to feeling good and prepared AF for their birth and recovery.

In this weekly online class, you’ll:

 

  • Stretch and release tension in all the right places

  • Balance your body to prevent and address aches and pains, create space for your growing baby

  • Prepare with confidence to help your baby find their best position for an easier birth

  • Finally take the time to slow down, connect with your body, and prioritise recovery and mobility—without overthinking it, we got you!

Pregnancy Stretch & Balance is more than just stretching—it’s intentional preparation for birth, built around your active lifestyle. Think of it as a weekly "deload" session for your pregnant body: restorative, focused, and deeply effective.

 

Jen’s expertise: As a mum of three and seasoned pregnancy trainer, she understands what it takes to stay strong while supporting your body through its changes.

 

Elena’s wisdom: As a midwife and athletic coach, she brings evidence-based knowledge and her experience at hundreds of births to help prevent common birth-related issues that can impact your recovery.

 

Together, they’ll guide you through a flow that supports your goals, your body, and your baby.

It’s Time to Make Mobility a Priority

Pregnancy is a great opportunity to train smarter, to evolve and become a better athlete. You want to prepare your body for the big day like you would any challenge—but this time the preparation is different... Birth isn't a challenge we conquer by going harder or doing more squeezes (aka Kegels). Training for birth for active mamas like yourself means learning to soften, to lengthen, to spend time stretching and exploring new ranges of motions. No need to overthink it though. We've taken the guesswork out of it for you. All you need to do is show up! We got you from there, mama.
